I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the service I received at Weston super-mare High Street branch. All staff were very welcoming and professional, and went out of their way to help me (I wish I took names of staff members to compliment them). The two women who did my eye tests were very knowledgeable and friendly. I selected a pair of frames/lenses right after the eye tests and they were ready for me to collect within two hours! A few days later I did notice a slight cosmetic issue with the pattern on the frames, so I returned a few days later and the chap who saw me was very helpful. He was happy to swap the arm on the frames and problem was resolved within five minutes. Every member of staff and interaction I had during my two visits was very helpful and pleasant, and the service was great all around.

I have visited this branch 3-4 times now and I get 7-star treatment each time. They go above and beyond to help and to accommodate me. The attitude of the entire team is so positive and they all seem to genuinely want to be there and to assist. I never feel like I have to catch anybody's eye, as soon as I walk in, a friendly face is there to assist. I've gone in twice on the wrong day and I've never been made to feel like a nuisance or an inconvenience (even though I feel so sheepish in that moment).Rebooking appointments is so easy, they keep track of all that needs doing and they will apologise readily if anything is slightly not in order (even when it's me who forgot to check my own emails).The service at this branch is worth emulating across all industries.I've flown business class with Singapore Airlines, and this team has topped that experience.It's the little touches and the quick reactions that made all the difference.I took out my contact lenses and bruised one eye and two different team members asked me separately if my eye was okay and if I needed seeing. I was so impressed by that level of care and concern.Special mention to Owen Miles and the contact lens specialist Ian.I think Chloe is the lady I saw at the desk and there's a lovely lady with burgundy hair, so sorry I didn't catch your name, and another biracial chap with slightly ginger hair, so sorry I forgot your name, but all of you, all of you are superb. 10/10 each and every time.Keep up the excellent work. The rest of the branches, pop in and see what this team is doing.I'll stop gushing now. ? ??

Went with concerns over my eyesight which I thought was due to a faulty subscription. I was taken through the various tests to ensure there were no mistakes, which there wasn?t.The team suspected a problem and I was referred to the Eye Hospital for a second opinion. Within 24hrs I was diagnosed with a benign growth on my optical nerve.Due to an excellent team understanding my concerns my sight has a chance of being saved.Thank you Specsavers

Excellent staff help both on phone and in person. Very smartly dressed and polite and helpful both in opticians and audiology department. So refreshing today to have good customer care dealing with appointments and collection.

Look mass opticians might get a bad deal but not this branch in weston super mare who took very seriously my worries over floaters in my right eye. They carried out a full review, noted something was not quite right in my eye. They sent me to Bristol eye hospital the sane day where they found there was a tear in my right eye avd I had laser treatment there and then. Without the opticians help Ian Chard who knows what might have happened to my eye on the future. Superb treatment.

Good for cheap glasses & frames. If you dont mind inferior quality lenses and badly fitted glasses, then you better go to specsavers. Was made to stand by the main door discussing my options I found this rude. It felt like a sales office rather than an Opticians. Also didn't seem aware of changes to DVLA regarding sun glasses & reaction lenses. Would not recommend

Every other year when in the month of September. I'm contacted by Specsavers for and eye test, and issue of another pair of Vary Focal glasses. The test itself when by quickly, I generally choose a new frame. As having the old pair is useful. Like the previous pair, I found the nose rests were digging into my nose so after having then for a few days I got them replaced. Problem solved.
