I?m extremely pleased with the way Ryan and the team at Saxons handled the marketing and sale of my mother?s house. 10/10 for punctuality, clarity, friendliness and knowledge of the current market. Ryan delivered the valuation that afternoon exactly as he said he would, not the next day like the competitors. He produced a lovely online profile for the property and viewings were immediately booked. Great feedback from the viewings. He gave a resumè on each viewer stating whether in chain or able to proceed immediately. We secured a good offer in less than a week of the profile going live. The Saxons Weston team work together with a seller to secure the best possible offer and then support the client right through to completion. I don?t have any negatives just 100% positive

An excellent service provided by the Saxons team and partucularly Ryan Davies in Sales. A buyer found within a few weeks followed by an offer. Appreciate it's early days but very impressed by Saxons who I highly recommended.

Awful company. We were with them for quite a while before I realised they were siphoning money from the account each week for ?weekly checks?? They took out the management fee twice in one month and wouldn?t refund it, just kept avoiding my calls and saying they?d ring me back and never did. Absolutely appalling behaviour. Definitely one to avoid.
I have used an alias for obvious reasons. But it?s all true.

They are brilliant, my flat was sold three times and each time it fell through I had viewings straight away and the final sale was complicated (nothing to do with Saxons) and long, they kept in touch and were professional and supportive.

I had 2 flats to sell and Saxon's were brilliant! I had regular updates from them and they really went above and beyond to get them sold. The staff were always friendly and helpful and knew their job well.

We found Saxons very efficient and professional. Ryan was know about the local area and his advice spot on. We were kept well informed following each viewing and had a sensible discussion about adjusting the price. We sold within a few weeks at a price we were happy with. Would recommend.
