I have tried to call my bank to discuss when I can put cash into my account as l have to travel at least 10 miles l can?t get online it will not recognise my password the phone does nothing but direct you Online. I had to make an E mail address to get my pension l explained to WSM Branch l can?t use a computer to do banking so how do you get through to people do you not want me anymore is my pension not enough money going into the account

I went into Santander in Weston-super-Mare at 9.40am on the 8.8.2023 and askes to speak to someone about investing a 6 figure sum. Christopher took all details and said someone would call me in the afternoon. BUT of course a 6 figure sum can not be enough for Santander as no one called. So I am going some where else, who would like me to invest a 6 figure sum

Telephone banking service appalling, waiting over an hour to make an appointment and dont get me started on trying to get a mortgage redemption figure over the phone...sooner I leave the better

Arrived in branch to open a childs bank account only to be told I need to book an appointment and come back another day. 3 people sat drinking coffee, 2 cashiers with no cue and the welcomer all with no customers. Banks have forgotten that the money that invest to make profits comes from customers. Neglect the customers and you'll have no money to invest. I have this afternoon removed all my funds saved with the bank (not like banks have attractive interest rates to keep you so service is key).

Visited branch coffee time today on personal business, I don't online bank because it's terrifying, staff were friendly, helpful, patient, thank you so much really appreciate the service

Santander are getting worse and worse. So business Banking, we have a paying in book and either cheques or cash to pay in. We have 20 people round the UK, who are not allowed (By Santander) to pay in at their local branches. So they have to post any cheques or cash to Head office and we bank it all. BUT there is the issue! There are 2 signatories on the account, if both of them are away - we cant pay in, as if they are not on the mandate they cant even pay in - with our paying in book, into our branch! Why not! it is time to move to Starling Bank - who i have another 2 accounts with and they are brilliant! Santander now lose another 6m t/o company account, and they blame job losses on COVID, that is rubbish - they dont really want t ogive any service. The new Banks are working for their customers, the old ones are working for themselves.
