Coach Trip holiday with ECLIPSE and spent a week here. Super helpful staff. Bit tired decor but clean and comfy. The food at breakfast/ evening meals was excellent. Entertainment very poor but we walked at nights. Overall great holiday base but dev needs bit modernising.

Well what can I say this place was fantastic lovely family hotel every member of staff lovely very clean places we had family room was so lovely clean breakfast was so lovely eat as much as you want we had good entertainment elvis Presley we been to lots of hotels in Weston this is one of best ever

Travelling as part of a bowls club on tour. Having read older reviews was very pleasantly surprised that a huge amount of improvements have been made. Lots of work to redecorate all areas. We had a very nice room on first floor with balcony overlooking the Grand Pier. What more could I ask for? Bathroom size seems variable when conferring with others. Ours very small but adequate. Breakfast and dinner was to a good enough standard. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I have just spent 6 days at this lovely hotel. The staff where absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful and professional the whole time. I was the coach driver for a Glenton group of pensioners on a holiday and every single one of them said the same. The food was faultless and the entertainment every evening was brilliant and the rooms were excellent. I hope to get another trip down to the hotel with another tour and would highly recommend, situated 1 minute from the beach.

We stayed in room 315 on the ground floor and have no complaints! Parking is limited so ensure to book a space. Nice size clean room - excellent location. Our view was overlooking the car park but it didn't bother us at all. We could check in early at 1pm as the room was ready, which was really helpful. We didn't eat so can't comment on the food - Wetherspoons next door for cheap and cheerful breakfast! Overall it was an enjoyable stay in a very decent hotel :)

a good basic family hotel. Food good /room basic Poor parking It is being upgraded room by room but this will take a number of years to complete. it is handy for the town centre and is right on the sea front.

It was my 1st visit to this hotel, it ws like home from home. I stayed 1 week, my room was immaculate, so lovely and clean on arrival and it was kept up to that standard during my stay. The Staff were lovely and were so helpful and friendly. The entertainment was faultless and the bar and entertainment room was fresh and had beautiful flower arrangements on every table. It has a fantastic terrace, but unfortunately due to the weather was not able to be used by myself to the best of its ability. When the weather is right I was told they have live entertainment on the Terrace which I imagine would be fantastic. The breakfast and evening meals were superb and may yet again complement this hotel on how clean it was and how the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Cant wait to go back. Keep up the good work, u dont get that serviice normally in England 5 out of 5. See u soon

We've stayed in many hotels in Weston over the past few years as we come every August for a one night stay. This hotel is by far the best. We had a Seaview room with a balcony. The room was small, but adequate, the bathroom was large and light. Everything was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and the balcony had a super view. The outside terrace was delightful and I'd be happy to spend many hours there. Only a couple of very small gripes: the shower was very weak and the temperature changed often, there was no help offered with our luggage up to our room. Hope to stay again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it was like returning to family. The staff remembered our names and nothing was too much trouble for them. Jane, Nicky, Davish and Lorraine made us feel so welcome. The bar is used by locals which tells you that the personal touch goes a long way, especially when there is a Wetherspoons next door. I would definitely recommend staying here if you find many hotels impersonal and I bet if you visit twice they will remember you!

Fabulous family run hotel I've been too . Room had all I needed with a fabulous view. Cleaned daily and fabulous food. Staff very friendly and go above and beyond. More like a 4* star . I will defo be returning ?see you all soon

The service was second to none, the room was lovely, had a wonderful nights sleep. Room freshen every day. The food was lovely and the service from all the staff was wonderful. Entertainment great. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bedroom was freshly painted and nicely decorated. The carpet was clean and new looking. There was plenty of clothes storage space and tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. The beds were a bit hard but acceptable and bed linen was clean. The bathroom was fine with a shower cubicle and thermostatic power shower which worked very well and stayed at a consistent temperature. The only negative was the bathroom door did not close. The entertainment was good. Food was lovely. Only critism on first day you could only have roast chicken, I don't know what vegetarians would do. Breakfast was choice of cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and toast. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel.

We stayed here in 2 rooms 21st of July for 2 nights. When we checked in the lovely lady on reception swapped us to 2 rooms with sea views, for which we are extremely grateful (such a nice gesture). From the time we arrived until the time we left we were made to feel very welcome. On the second day I was quite poorly and again the lovely lady on reception asked if I needed anything or if she could do anything to help. ALL the staff were friendly and polite throughout the hotel. The both rooms were absolutely spotless and airy, and we couldn't have asked for any better. There was a singer on Saturday and he was brilliant. We didn't eat there however we have done on previous occasions and the food was lovely. We would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you all for such a great stay.

Simply the best !!!!! 5 Star All round Management /Staff. Very friendly !!! Rooms lovely and very clean Entertainment good Chef made Tea and Scones for me and mother fresh on the day! Nice thought I would recommend this Hotel. Feel very welcomed by everyone !!! Joanne x

Absolutely disgusting. First bedroom we got had marks on the bedding, under the bed hadn't seen a hoover in a long time and bathroom filthy. Second room offered just as bad. So annoyed as we'd been looking forward to our break away. Waste of money. Avoid.
