Not guaranteed a perfect night's sleep, unlike their promo! Very very uncomfortable bed in room 107, woke after a disturbed night trying to get comfy with back and neck aches- terrible. The food at breakfast - don't buy it, that too was awful, poor quality 3 out of 10 for that one! We complained at reception but doubt anything will change. Not a Premier inn standard.

The room was great but £7 to park is absolutely outrageous given the location and the Internet speed is completely unusable unless you pay to upgrade. Feels more Ryanair than 'Premier'....

We ate at The Pavillion Beefeater, limited menu, and not very friendly service. We have had better experience in other Beefeaters and we have tried this as our local Beefeater once a year for the last three years, but never again. The whole culture seems unfriendly.

Wow amazing hotel, the staff was super helpful and the rooms are clean, the bed is super comfy and the curtains are actually black out curtains as someone who likes their room pitch black, this room I was able too sleep in and the fan was lovely aswell, the hotel is not loud at all, no door slamming like other hotels down the road, will definitely be using this hotel every time I'm in weston.

Makes premier inn guests pay for parking £7 a night what they expect you to walk or something? Room and service was what you would expect from a budget hotel (fine) although the gutter out our window was clogged

Horrible no aircon, very hot. Can never get a dinner time to suit.
Rooms: Hot, hot, hot

It's OK, it's a bit out of the way but good for a stopover if you want to get back onto the main road again quickly. But not good for quick access to Weston Super Mare. You'll have to drive in or take a taxi. The Premier Inn is located in a retail park site about 3 miles from the beach. The staff however are lovely and very helpful. There is a Beefeater right next door.

We only stayed one night and the room was so hot that we couldn't get to sleep. There was no air conditioning so we had window open but only about 2 inches.
Rooms: We had very hot room which was uncomfortable

Stayed for 1 night as a stopover on way to Cornwall. Room was like a sauna, it did have a fan but despite being as noisy as a jet engine it barely made any difference. Wifi was worse than 90s dial up even tho we paid extra for premium so kids could play on their devices. Apart from that was usual bog standard Premier Inn

The staff are very polite and are there when you need something or have a question to ask I would 1000% recommend it to others

We'll never stay again. Impossible to sleep in the summer months as there is no air con. Paying for the hotel, but still having to pay for parking is a joke. Horrible place to stay, never again.

Stayed here several times while passing through.
Firstly, they've apparently decided to start charging £7 per vehicle for guests to park overnight. Given that it's not exactly in a pedestrian friendly location, you don't really have much choice but to pay. I could understand charging non-guests, or a small nominal fee, but even most London hotels wouldn't charge more than £5.
The rooms are starting to look tired and several things were broken or tatty. There is no air conditioning. They do provide fans, but honestly it seems to make no real difference, I didn't stay on a particularly hot day and the room was still 83°F with the window open.
The food at the onside Beefeater used to be very good, but again the quality of that has gone downhill hugely.
The member of staff on the check in desk was rude and dismissive to another family checking in before me when they asked about moving to a downstairs room. If it can't be done then fair enough, but her attitude was very, very poor.
All in all, I don't think I would be coming back here anytime soon. There are plenty of other hotels nearby at a similar price and this is certainly nothing special.

Bit far out from town centre

The room was 30.5°.
We had 2 fans.
Didn't sleep.
I didn't moan to the staff about it as there was nothing they could do and I don't see why they should have to deal with complaints out of their control.
Premier Inn. Sort it out.

Booked and paid for an accessible room a few days in advance. When we got there the receptionist seemed confused as e had apparently been booked in already, luckily another accessible room was available but it's worring that mistakes like this can be made. The room was comfortable and livable, it was a bit noisy and our of the way of the main area of Weston-super-Mare but it was OK for a night.
