Visited on 21/6/25 at 17:40, female self serve was obnoxious and certainly didn't listen, spoke over me to the point I just wanted to leave.
No offence, but let someone actually talk so you UNDERSTAND what the customer is actually asking instead of you assuming and being aggressive.

Love this shop! The workers are really friendly, the prices are incredible and the shop has lots of things to buy. Definitely come here!

Large store for a town centre location. Next door (almost) to B&M. Good selection of items but once you've been in one then you've basically been in all of them.

Wonderful experience whenever I shop at this Poundland location.
Staff are friendly, generally a clean and tidy shop, staff always happy to jump onto a till in the morning when the self-checkouts are closed.
Had the odd one or two times where an item wasn't in stock, but suitable alternatives are.
I go here roughly twice a week between 8am and 9am, have never had any issues with staff or anything negative to say. Lovely place, will continue to shop here.
