I recently visited for the first time, hoping for a great night out. However, my experience was far from enjoyable. Despite promising reviews, the club was nearly empty, and encounters with the security team were unpleasant. Initially asked to remove my hat while staff members wore theirs, I complied, only to be confronted again in the smoking area. The security's rude behavior and unwarranted accusations left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.Even after speaking with the manager about the incidents, there was no acknowledgment or resolution offered. It's disheartening to see such unprofessionalism in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction. If improvements aren't made, it's likely that others will also have negative experiences.I must express my concern that if the club continues with this manner, the business will be bankrupt soon. ,I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior displayed during my recent visit. It's imperative for the management to address these issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.

Door staff are hideous. Very bad service,they act like prison wardens and treat the customers with little or no respect. Removal of Party poppers is not within their duties as its perfectly legal in UK. Spoil sports. Not my first experience of awful customer service at Pop

Went to Popwrold & Zinc on Saturday and had a great time. Atmosphere was great and different genres of music in both rooms so had something for us all!

It was me that farted on the dance floor in zinc. I admit it 15th June 2023 12:30 AM Sorry to everyone who felt like they had to vacate the dance floor. My mum cooked me dodgey chicken. (soiled myself writing this)

Went to popworld for a birthday night out with friends the atmosphere was great, had such a good night. Drinks were a good price and we were served quickly. The dj was amazing and played all our fave songs. Staff were all approachable and super friendly. The venue was clean, deffo the best club would always recommend and we?ll be back!
