received great service, and the food was brill as usual. I ordered the usual meat feast stuffed crust and some sides and the pizza was cooked to perfection. They even through in a drink, just excellent service from the staff. thanks again

Ordered two pizzas at 19.45. Never received them. Rang numerous times. Have screenshots to prove the whole thing.Ordered a domino's at 20.30 and it arrived at 20.50.Comparison is night and day.

Pizza arrived quickly, however the food was totally appalling. My veggie sizzler pizza had no spice at all-the base was wrong, the pizza dough soggy and it had no flavour at all. Potato wedges were hard and the garlic bread was slices of soggy baguette with no flavour. Total wasteOf £40

Can?t even rate the food because it hasn?t turnt up after 2 hours, they must employ some right gormless idiots how hard is it to pick up a phone been ringing non stop for a hour, no wonder there working in Pizza Hut absolute shambles if you can?t succeed working in Pizza Hut just give up in

Order arrived an hour after the 'estimate' provided. Tracker isn't updated, unless it took an hour and 30 to cook the pizza. Nothing thrown in for the delay either, and the hunger has now passed!

Excellent food & service. I always collect my orders here in person, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Now on to the food itself: excellent! Very nice pizzas, especially the Cheesy Bites crust and the recent Big New Yorker style pizzas. I love their delicious pepperoni deep pan, they do a nice vegetable supreme which is always filled with lots of toppings, and the hotter veggie sizzler. The side orders are nice such as the cheesy garlic bread (sadly not always available, I always order at least one portion if it's in stock), the Tear & Share and of course the new Melt range; all tasty and highly recommend. Generous toppings, crispy crusts, bases are always well cooked (not soggy like other take away places), the pizzas are an excellent combination of juicy, crispy with lots of flavour. I must say, in particular the Cheesy Bites pizza with Half & Half and extra toppings is a work of art in itself, the Best Pizza around. I am a regular customer and always get either a weekly or fortnightly order from this branch, it is also the only one in WSM and in the region. The Pizza Hut website has lots of deals that are excellent value and of course they have the Slices Reward scheme. Overall I am very satisfied with the service, the food is lovely, staff are helpful and I definitely recommend. I always look forward to ordering my next weekly order of delicious food :)
