What a lovely experience today! Went in for my usual charm as I collect charms from every place I visit! Both ladies at the shop were so lovely! Friendly and chatty but not pushy! Super helpful! They showed me the ocean collection they had and even pulled several charms from the same design so I can pick the one I like best. Ended up also getting a pair of earrings which I have not taken off since and are by far the most comfortable, gorgeous earrings I have ever had! They also told us of the reward program so we signed up and got 10% discount there and then! I wish I got a matching necklace as well but didn't think about it at the time. Might go back tomorrow for that haha. I highly recommend the shop and will definitely go back next time we're in Weston!

Fantastic experience today. Had a click and collect order but accidentally chose the wrong shape which was my fault! Lady with long dark hair and glasses was so lovely and quickly changed this for me! So kind, thank you

Great place for that special gift.However, when a promotion says Spend £× to get a choice of free bracelet worth £25 from a choice of 6 or 8 items. Have them available and know where you put the stock. Chaos.Not improved by a manager wanting to dress down a member of staff in public.

Always go here when I am in weston. Customer service is absolutely fantastic. Can not fault this place. Staff are unreal so helpful. Jewellery is always top-notch.
