Absolutely useless NatWest couldn't set up my online banking it keeps freezing unable to call in local branch because it's been closed just tried to pay off my credit card but I need either online banking or a cheque book NatWest haven't given me either time to close my account absolutely useless

service is terrible! don't help and have no interest in helping! It seems like it's all out of obligation?. 3 times I came to the bank personally, I tried to open a saving account and decided to open another bank! That is bank that I will never deposit large amounts. I decided to open an account at the bank that my wife has an account and soon we will be able to have a stress-free saving account and with friendly service

Wanted to do a simple transfer from one account to another. They no longer do this at the counter, where it used to take about 2 mins, you have to go upstairs and wait. We were 45 minutes. This kind of contempt for the customer is not a good idea.

Natwest are trying to get rid of customers who ,like me need to access change / cash for our business.Not everything can be done on APP,S. If you actually need to speak to a human being, be prepared to waste an hour or two of your life here, as never enough staff on...Whoever sits in there plush office & makes these stupid decisions ......

Went in today to ask for money bags, are you a customer of ours person said no said I. Well you can't have any, went across to Lloyds said can I have some bags please. Yes how many would you like. Well if I ever change banks won't be to NatWest in Weston very rude person not going to call a lady, as she certainly wasn't.

Natwest is the worst bank I have ever used. It's taken me 5 months to get back money that was fraudulently taken. This obviously exposes a massive security issue. Then on top of that, staff are not even making notes of my calls and the details. So, if you value your money and your time, I would stay far away from this bank or change bank now.

Natwest l bank them since l was in the city.as l moved here the staff they are so friendly.down to earth,they help a lot and they know their standards of customer service care.please Natwest staff and management keep the good work,keep smiling. As an individual customer some time we all do we are humans.you know one day just can't remember, l was so down but l a sure you by the time l finished what l had came for? They cracked me with one sense of humour. And l was up and running with my smile.confident .,in my self.it was like a nice hot cuppa.Please
