They prioritise the drive through and leave restaurant customers waiting way beyond a reasonable time, and then you can hear them snagging you off because you complain about waiting 10/15minutes for a coffee

On the day we visited the staff were friendly and helpful and the food we ate actually resembled the pictures in their menue.

Always have good drive through service. I don't get a lot just a coffee a couple of times a day. I have to say that the gentleman who keeps the site clean has so much pride in his work. The state of the carpark and small roundabout can be horrendous after the seagulls have ransacked the bins. Within an hour it's like it never happend. Nice to see people with this work ethic.

Not really what I would call fast food, when it finally came out it was cold not even warm

Items from the menu not available . I went for a specific burger but they had run out of it. When I was placing my order on the drive through was too late. If I knew I would have gone for different type of takeaway.

Too frequently order and pay for a "Double Sausage" and get a single. Otherwise food, drinks, and client facing services are perfect.

Drive through. Was left waiting in the food pick up bay for 25mins. Went in to discover that they couldn't find me outside. Offered the by now, cold bag of food. Two other customers had it worse than me. McD complaints have offered a medium meal as compensation.

Food consistently cold, or items missing, last week had 2 burgers and a fries missing from 2 meals... told order will be replaced, however when went back Samual a manager refused to honor the replacement meals, getting aggressive, rude and verging on racist to my passenger for no reason, this was escalated to higher management but nothing done, so will be escalated to regional management next or even police if Mcdonalds do not address this issue in house... there is no place for racism or rudeness, especially from an apparant manager who clearly camt manage his own emotions... very poor expect alot more from a large company

Small McDonald's drive through on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare. Large free car park. Inside is clean and well maintained. There is a small outdoor seating area.

Went for their ethically caught fish burger. Served with a homemade sauce, a side of skin off fries and a drink. Great atmosphere, this place is unique and needs supporting.
