Awfull literally dread driving into go to this bank. No staff 1 on till big queue. 2 staff went into office 1 guy sat on chair can't help... ive put 20 mins parking on. This bank needs to shut its insufficient ALWAYS

I came into this branch on Saturday to deposit a cheque the lady that helped was extremely rude and insulting! Complaining that my cheque smelt of cigarette smoke and proceeded to wipe her hands down her cloths like she'd been contaminated with some deadly virus! I smoke! You work in the bank and your supposed to deal with customers not insult them!

Ridiculous how early the bank closes during the week, and is open for such a short amount of time on Saturday, being a self-employed worker who gets paid a decent amount of my sum in cash and works almost all day 5-6 days a week. When am I ever able to go to put money in? It's a joke

I applied and had my mortgage processed with this branch of Lloyds bank.The whole process went smoothly and was handled by Caroline the mortgage advisor very professional.I would highly recommend using Lloyds services for a mortgage and I will continue to use their services in the future.

Personnel safety put massively at risk when trying to pay money into bank, interrogated outside in a busy street before being let in even though I was queuing as requested in line with COVID 19.Lied to by Michelle when wanting to speak to a manager, I have found out this is not the first time this has happened at this bank.Customer safety should come first!!

Bank closing at 2pm everyday is absolutely ridiculous! Turned up at 14:02 on a Friday to make deposits for my business which I cannot do until Monday now.
