They tried to issue me a prescription that had been opened by someone else and resealed. The sticky remnants from the name label were clearly evident. Returned it to the pharmacy to be greeted by a profound denial. I have reported them, and the pharmacist to the GPhC. I hope they lose their license.

Since this pharmacy was taken over from the abysmal Lloyds, the service provided has been excellent. Calls answered promptly, polite, helpful assistants and prescriptions always ready. Such a relief to know you'll get your meds on time after years of uncertainty.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They have the most unhelpful staff and some how manage to mess up my prescription every time, then constantly pass the buck to the doctor's surgery, who in turn blame the pharmacy. So just avoid them and use a different pharmacy!

Attended for covid booster today. The appointment was on time and the practitioner was excellent! The counter staff are also very pleasant and helpful.

North Worle Pharmacy is BRILLIANT.
Thankfully, changed from Morrisons to North Worle Pharmacy about 8 months ago.
Best move I've ever done.
Get my tablets delivered weekly.
The dispensing lady" Frankie", is very friendly & has even personnely delivered my tablets, out of hours, when the Dr's had delivered the scrip too late.
Any problems, Frankie will sort out immediately.
Also the delivery driver " Andy", is a very friendly chap & always has a smile on his face.
I cannot fault their service at all.
If I could give you 10*, I would.

This has to be one of the best pharmacy,s I have had the pressure of using and will continue to use them from now on all the staff are very polite and so helpful and for someone like me with mental health issues they were absolutely fantastic 5 stars is not enough they shiukd have 10

Changed over from a pharmacy with loads of stores as they often couldn't guarantee my meds even with a weeks notice. They also often lost them from depo to store.
Since changing to North Worle pharmacy they have always my meds within 48 hours even the ones they have to order in on special delivery. Highly rate them.
