Awful service.
Never ready when you go to collect.
No system in place. Staff behind the counter seem to have no idea what system they are using.
Talking about giving tickets, writing people in a book and no one knowing what process rheybare currently using.
Told to collect Monday, left it an extra few days to make sure it was ready and when we arrived Thursday afternoon told it wasn't ready and there would be a half hour wait.
Other people waiting due to complete incompetence and chaos. Unable to find people prescriptions.
Many coming from oncology and told they are having to wait 2 hours to collect. Its just not acceptable.
Unable to take prescription elsewhere as assuming the hospital want the money for it.
Wish I didn't need to use this pharmacy but no other option.
