I found the man on the phone very rude and condescending. Probably one of the worst people I?ve had to deal with. Also when in the que in the garage heard him talk to another customer the exact same way.

I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received from Pat. He was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. What really stood out was his consistency ? he clearly takes pride in delivering high-quality service every time.
Pat is incredibly knowledgeable, but what makes him exceptional is the way he shares that knowledge. He creates a safe, comfortable space where you feel empowered to make your own choices. That level of trust and support is rare, and for me, it made all the difference.
I also noticed that he was actively training his apprentice during my visit, and it was great to see how patient and supportive he was with them too ? a real sign of a strong professional.
Honestly, this was the best customer service experience I?ve had at Kwik fit. It?s a definite five-star experience, and Pat is a big reason why we?ll continue using the World Branch going forward. We?ve already booked to see him again.

Had a punctured tyre in Cheddar Gorge. AA dropped us off late at night. On a Sunday morning with limited staff, the team sorted us out. Good quality tyres and caring service. Thanks to the team for the extra effort and understanding.

Absolutely outstanding service from Kwik Fit! I can?t praise Jason and the team enough. I brought my Ford Focus in with a serious issue with the drive shaft, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Jason was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted perfectly.
He kept me fully informed throughout the process, explained everything in detail, and made me feel completely confident that my car was in safe hands. The repair was done quickly, to a high standard, and the car now drives better than ever.
It?s rare to find such honest and dedicated mechanics these days ? The team in Garage are a real credit to Kwik Fit. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone. Five stars just doesn?t seem enough! I will 1000% Be returning.

I arrived 20 mins early for my 1000 appt and was on my way at 1021 with my 4 quality Bridgestone tyres purchased on line at a very competitive price. All done efficiently. A customer coffee machine would be an asset. Thankyou Quickfit Worle Weston Super Mare
