I just wanted to commend and thank Jayden for his help yesterday. I had a problem with the pressure in my tyres and the warning light on my dashboard. He very kindly took the time to check them and adjust the pressure for me and reset the dash warning. I didn't know what to do. So it was fantastic to be able to just pop In as I was passing
and to ask for help. I was in Weston for work and was concerned about driving on the motorway with perhaps a tyre problem. Great service from a very polite young man. Thankyou Jayden

the Weston branch is a joke. As a customer I was told to bring it back in a few thousand miles and they will swap the back types out, been in twice since that visit and done about 3500 extra miles but can't get the guys onboard with it. Today I was asked to bring it back at 3pm so they could look at it!! It's not even 9.30am yet. Sorry I'm on my own was the excuse. I'm not sure the firm I work for would let me off with such an excuse, who knows what the police might think if they pull me off, I'm sure I cant use Kwik Fit haven't got the man power to change my two back tyres. Disappointed in the service offered. Why does it need putting on a ramp one week to look at it but another week it doesn't? it's just not consistent.
