Very unhappy with the provision of the service on 30 August 2025 for my Renault Arkana. I asked four days in advance if it could be as soon as possible, they told me at 830 am. I left my car at 8am, at 930 am I called to find out how the service was going, they told me that before 11am would not be ready because they only had one engineer for hybrids and would pick it up in order of appointment.

What an excellent service supplied by the two mechanics at the Locking Rd Branch in Weston Super-mare. Travelling down to St Ives our car developed a rattling exhaust. Called in at Halfords and got this fixed in a jiffy and was on our way. Superb customer service well recommended.

Our purchase was a simple replacement for our windscreen wipers. However, it was our first time replacing them so we wanted to be sure we were getting the correct ones. The chap who served us went above and beyond in terms of patience while we figured out what was needed and how to do the replacement (it's always helpful to be able to figure these things out for oneself wherever possible). He was thorough, diligent, articulate and personable, all of which showed an intelligent person who was a delight. After a bit of faff on our part, got the job done and left with exactly what we needed completed!

One of the Most welcoming places I have visited, we broke down and needed a new battery. We were seen straight away and fitted with a new battery straight away.
Also advised to join Halfords and saved money, such a pleasant experience after a very eventful morning. ( Sorry I didn?t get names but hopefully u know who u are )

Went to purchase a toolbox yesterday, assistant went to storeroom to get it from stock but the key was bent so he couldn?t open the door how ridiculous is that, they didn?t seem bothered about the situation no apology nobody cared so left purchased elsewhere. This is no way to run a business. Halfords your customer service is indescribable shame on you?

Went in to talk about and purchase a new bike. After walking around for 20 mins looking at bikes not one member of staff came to talk to me.
I went to approach the 3 men standing about doing nothing and they all rapidly found something to do. One answered a phone that didn't ring (straight after making eye contact with me)
One went downstairs and the other started cleaning.
I guess they didn't want my money. Went to local bike dealer and got such better service.
Halfords weston ain't the one.

I'm not giving you more details, I'm not trying to directly get someone sacked, it's your job to monitor your staff, not mine. It's fine, I went and spent 2k on a bike elsewhere. It's far better than anything you spuds sell and the service was far better than anything you can provide. You got cctv everywhere, you can check the footage.
