Taken my car for an air conditioning service and refill .. the lads done a very quick and efficient job as I was in a hurry.. the two lads at reception were very good and helpful and informative.. prices are good compared to main dealers .. thanks again

I migrated from Toyota's main dealership to Halfords Garage Services a few years ago with my (now aging) Toyota iQ and have excellent customer service since. Today's visit for a service and MOT was top notch. I booked & paid online (enjoying a healthy discount for having annual membership), was greeted and treated royally by all the staff and kept informed by phone and internet during the process. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and genuinely seemed to want to provide good service and value for money. Well done Halfords!

Had such a great experience here. Price was amazing, service quick and reliable and staff were so friendly and informative. Had an MOT and service, drop off and collection was really easy and they did my car earlier than booked. The real stand out was Wayne, who was so lovely and helpful, he's an absolute asset to this team.

A lot of the fast fit type places tend to have a poor reputation but I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at Halfords service center in Weston super Mare and will definitely be using their services again.

Great place overall. Awesome customer service, guy at the desk was polite and had a good knowledge about anything I asked. Job was done quickly, my car was well looked after through the visit. I even had a free screen wash top up (thanks ?). Can't fault the service there. Free hot drinks for customers are just a cherry on the top :) Overall - 10/10.
