I often go to Greggs for my breakfast once or twice during the week. Staff are quite polite and friendly, even during the rush hour at lunchtime. A lot of praise and compliments to them all.
Food is the Greggs-standard quality. Staff warn when food is recent from the oven (for being very hot) or offer for me to wait an extra (up to 5) minutes for fresh, hot food from the ovens.

Stephanie served me from the highstreet one in weston super mare, she asked me if I wanted to wait for the hotter pasty I wanted and was really friendly and super quick! Really great customer service! Thankyou x

This store appears to have no manager. If it has, they aren't encouraging the staff to clean up or empty bins. Floors dirty and rubbish bins overflowing. They are not busy, nor does it look like they have been for a while. Several staff at the back. One guy came out cleaned one table then went straight back. No milk either station. Not what I think Greg's should be happy about.
