We visited for wedding rings, we had tried a f.hinds in bristol and were disappointed in the customer service, but decided the rings we wanted were in f.hinds so visited weston, had a completely different service, very helpful, given good advice, had alot of knowledge and made the process feel very special

Was rudely spoken to by a young girl (with nose piercing/jet black hair) made an accusation which was totally untrue - tried to say the faulty items that we were returning were because I didn't like them!!!!!! When her colleague had already identified the product was faulty. I suggest this young lady has some customer service...
