Very happy to have found this place, all the staff are genuinely lovely - they have a great relaxed friendly vibe going on. Super pleased with my hair, got tonnes of advice, not just on what might work for me in terms of style, but how to manage and style it too. They also have some pretty impressive green commitments which I've not seen anywhere else!

Where can I start?! What an amazing salon! With even more amazing staff. The quality of service is impeccable. I came in feeling absolutely down and rubbish after reciving a colour that I wasnt happy with elsewhere. However, after a thorough consultation. I was reassured by the lovely stylists that they could help to fix my hair and bring it closer to the colour i had asked for originally. Not only did they get me in promptly. But they have also performed a miracle and transformed my hair, I am beaming from ear to ear with how happy I am. Amazing salon,warm welcome when I arrived and a cup of tea. Talked through what I wanted,loads of advice given especially over the colours I picked. Emma did a wonderful job of restyling my hair and a new colour which suits me better,I would highly recommend using her in the future.

Excellent service! Went above and beyond when I forgot to pop in for a patch test, Emma popped around to my house to do it.I had the Keratin hair straightening treatment.I don?t live in the UK but when I come back next year I will definitely be making another appointment at EM2.Services: Hair straightening
