I am very disappointed with 1 particular staff member, the young person, which I assume identifies as a she has no manners towards customers. It's not all about sales targets!! I was a potential buyer comparing the Samsung Galaxy FOLD 6 and the S25 Ultra.
The person I am highlighting has black hair and is on the heavy side (no disrespect). She will need more training and definitely need to be taught some manners.
If you rewind the CCTV, you can see that I was genuinely testing these phones at 4. 30pm. I lastly checked the difference in audio using the same audio including sound level at medium. She came over to me and said very disrespectfully "I'm serving a customer and if you want to do that you have to leave the store and do that outside"!! How on earth can I test the speaker quality outside with the phone being inside the store!!!
I am a Google reviewer and did not wish to put up such a review after being with EE over 15 years.
I'm very unimpressed with this individual and won't be buying anything from this store!!!

After speaking with BT about my mobile phone problems, they suggested visiting the EE store in WsM for face to face advice. What a waste of time that was !! The minute I walked in the store all they were interested in was selling me a new contract with them ! Needless to say I wasn't a happy customer at all. My problems were not resolved and I ended up having to buy a new phone. NOT from EE I might add .....

Absolutely liars told one thing to sell a product and then reality kicks and the lies come true. Staff are inept rude and incompetent. Deal with EE direct.

Went in store to sort out my home broadband and phone as had come out of contract with both. Trish was so helpful and I left confident with what I signed up with, brand new phone at half the cost of my original contract.
