Really good customer care. Staff was very helpful and took the time to explain the difference in quality and the variaty of mattress they offer. I definitely recommend the store in Weston super mare.

Very helpful store manager in Weston. Couldn?t have been more helpful. Most impressed. Attentive and knowledgeable. Now to see if the bed is comfortable when it arrives! We were offered drinks. Given a pillow to try on the beds. Even what I would use at home! I was also offered to go on the bed which gives you mattresses it thinks would suit you. I opted for a totally different one! Johnathan was not at all pushy which is great. Nothing worse than a pushy salesman! I don?t think the information given could have been any more comprehensive. No stone left unturned. I have to say I found the whole process and experience better than any competitor. This includes JL!!! Very impressed with Dreams.

We were greeted on entry, but the sales team were not intrusive. They ensured that we knew that they were available if we had questions. As we browsed, we were offered hot drinks & was offered seating. Disabled access for the lower floor was excellent, but we didn't go upstairs.
The range & quality of their products are excellent. Our previous mattress has lasted easily over ten years & remains beautifully comfortable, even though we have decided to replace it.
The pricing in store is easy to compare & when we needed assistance, it was given freely & with clearly knowledgeable input. The young sales assistant was very happy to help & we used their sleep position scanning technology, which was fun. Delivery times are acceptable, but there is a fee for weekend deliveries. Overall, we were very happy with our experience here, which is why we came back when my disability forced us into needing a new bed.

The in store advisors was great, knowledgeable with the products and gave us helpful instructions when looking at mattresses. We did the sleep test thing, not sure there was any point as we are side sleepers and this analyzed you on your back, so seemed irrelevant. It also seemed to recommend the most expensive mattresses and none of the budget friendly ones!
But as we knew what we wanted it was an easy shop and the advisor helped us through it all. Cannot fault the advisor who specifically helped us.

The whole in store process was easy and Andy our Dreams staff member wasn't at all pushy like you find with some sales staff in shops.
He knows his stuff gave great advice and suggested we tried the Dreams machine that reads your body posture to give a better idea of what mattress is suitable for you. We were shown a various variety of mattresses that gave us the choice of cooling or warm feel. We then choose the mattress pillows and bed that suited our requirements.
