Wrong size pizza, while driving there they phoned to say the pizza I ordered wasn't available and had to wait for another to be cooked, didn't get what I paid for, I got less and for the price of the 2 pizzas and cookies is shocking!

Ordered 2 identical pizzas for delivery. Arrived within a reasonable time. One of the pizzas had been interfered with - there was about an inch missing from each edge of a third section and pushed back together to make it look like a whole original pizza. The other in comparison was fine. I rang the store immediately but the staff member basically called me a liar and says it was impossible it could happen! I beg to differ.

Worst Domino's Pizza restaurant where I ordered food. The only positives are that the food is quickly prepared, they are open until 11 p.m. and the restaurant seems to be clean (they try to keep the place nice).
Now about the bad moments:
1. The food seems hot, but it tastes like it was prepared a long time ago (dry potatoes, ham, meat).
2. The toppings are scattered on the pizza at random.
3. The pizza is cut crookedly (my family and I will split the slices, but I wouldn?t order it here for work or with friends).
4. The staff gives the impression that you are not very welcome, but it doesn't matter already.
In general, tasteless food.
It?s better to at least go to Domino?s in Portishead and get pizza there than here.

Pizza arrived early so was cold by the time we got in and was given a dairy based dip with plant based pizza. Would like a refund please. Update: spent the early hours of Christmas morning throwing up - also got a text at 11am saying my pizza is on its way so something wrong with the system? Merry Christmas all x

Can not falt it, I had to collect due to outside the delivery, but the pizza was ready as I arrived and the place was clean and presentable.

Just had a delivery cant phone to complain as numbers not even working my pizza was disgusting it had jalapeños which had obviously been elsewhere as it was only on some of the pizza the pizza tasted soapy my husbands pizza had no jalapeños but mushrooms not what he ordered...we alway get dominoes but we wont be ordering at the locking one again....absaloutely terrible...

Extremely poor service. Too many people on shift, standing around giggling like school children and ignoring customers. Only got served as the one person who was actually working and making pizzas saw me.

Always look forward to my pizza from this store, but had a takeaway on Thursday and it was disappointing worst ive ever had, was dry and hardly any cheese topping, has put me off purchasing another pizza from this store or company

I find the staff very friendly and this service very fast! The only reason why I'm giving it four stars is that the pizzas never seemed to be cut properly!? Apart from that they taste delicious!
