This shop sells shoes. However, what I particularly liked about this place was the crap lying on the floor that had been brushed into piles and left. Some blocked aisles whilst others were hiding around corners. Several customers and I played a game of jumping over them. What fun.

I went into store yesterday 8/3/24
NOT IMPRESSED with the service! It was obvious the assistant didn't want to serve me.
3 staff chatting at tills, this particular young woman was asked to help with my young grandchild.
The assistant put the wrong shoe on her foot, couldn't be bothered to put the strap on properly on the shoe.
Not sure if she was new.
I decided not to bother and went elsewhere.

I bought a gift voucher in this store for a young child's first shoes. I asked before I bought it, if an assistant would help measure the child's foot. I was told if you needed help they would help measure the child's foot, But On the day. No help was given. When they where asked. So next time, I will be buying the gift voucher, for this little girl, somewhere else. Where you definitely will get some help, and some customers assistance.

I had previously said that the Boots were decent quality - but difficult to find sizes. Well 6 weeks later they?ve worn through - and on occasional wear - I?ve not been tough on them. This compounds my original 2 star review because the staff member was just rude. It felt like we were interrupting her day. Really sorry that I wanted to pay her wages! I am genuinely disgusted - Deichman are outperformed on durability by Temu! Lousy company, horrible experience and their follow up care is deplorable. Why can?t I give minus stars?? ?????

Scruffy looking shop but it's the only shoe shop around. My shoes broke while I was on holiday so I really needed a new pair. Limited sizes on shelves. I asked a few times for help/other sizes and was promised some. I was there an hour but help never came. I gave up and ordered one day Amazon delivery instead. These
shops deserve to close down as they don't want to serve customers. If they had more than 2 sizes on the shelf, they might be useful

Great shop with quality merchandise. Shop assistant called Diana welcomed me with a lovely smile and was very attentive and helpful. Deichmann are very fortunate to have such a highly valued member of staff
