Leon Costello-Fox came to do an appraisal of my property and first impressions were that he came across as presentable, very welcoming and personable.
My neighbours on the lane just sold their house with Leon and had nothing short of good things to say about him and David Plaister as Estate agents, so I thought I?d reach out after Leon had stopped by and left his card with us.
He was meticulous in his approach and there were no time constraints throughout the time he was here which made me feel like a valued client.
It was very evident that Leon knows the industry very well and is passionate about it.

Staff were helpful. But we rented a flat managed by David Plaister that was filthy when we moved in, dirty floors, food crumbs in cupboards and hand prints on the windows. It was also in very poor repair. But on our check out the flat was thoroughly scrutinised before our deposit was returned.
