Had a fabulous experience here today, came as a treat for my 4 year old daughter and she spilt her hot chocolate almost as soon as she sat down with it. Staff were so helpful and kind and offered to get her a replacement drink adding whipped cream and a marshmallow as she was upset about the spill. Staff generally very upbeat and friendly. Very nice happy vibe about the place!

Always have good friendly service.
Vegetarian options: Options on offer are good but think there could be a bigger verity.
Parking: Great parking.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kids are able to access pencils and books for amusement.
Wheelchair accessibility: Does have wheelchair access.

Great coffee but why do they sell such overpriced miniscule cakes ... The cheese twist was total rubbish & the COOP version sells for £1 & isn't floppy & soggy

the staff was absolutely fantastic! so energetic and made our day! She was a lovely woman with glasses, didn?t catch her name sadly, we visited the 4th of june at 7:20pm ! :)

A very well mantained and clean instance of the ubiquitous chain coffee house. An up to date and comfortable interior is paired with a pleasant outside seating area. Staff were friendly and the coffee was served quickly and was very good. A top example of Costa stores.
