For a hungover new year's day coffee this Costa hit the spot. Friendly beans, tasty extra shot, a satisfying chew with the chocolate twist. A great view of the rainy car park and a big floodle to watch who drives through and who avoids. I'm looking forward to a nap later.

I go to Costa's very regularly but my experience today wasn?t the best, I got there and there was at least 6 people in front of me, one gentleman serving and then 2 other ladies back and forth with washing up and not sure what the other was doing, however he was serving alone, it took over 15 mins to get served as he was taking the order then making it. The restaurant itself was a mess dirty cups and dishes everywhere, and I did say to the gentleman when he served me it wasn?t good enough and he said the other ladies had other things to do! Not sure what is more important than serving your customers and cleaning the cups!

Lovely, relaxed atmosphere today. All staff very welcoming, and I was noticed and acknowledged by Tania as soon as I got to the counter. Nice clean tables, and delicious drinks from Jess. A new girl on the till, which meant service was a little slow, but that was understandable, and Sophie served us with a smile, so it wasn't a problem at all. A weekend coffee and cake with my daughter is becoming a regular treat at this Costa.

Regularly walk past and grab a coffee to go. I order in advance on the app as the queue can often be fairly long. Iced cappuccino is the new favourite drink for me. Approachable and helpful staff. Lots of space in and out to sit also.

Standard Costa with fairly friendly employees but it is SO loud! Even when it's not busy it seems like the room is packed because of the noise; I think they could do something with noise insulation from the roof, because from my point of view it's a real turn off. I would choose to go elsewhere, even out of my way, to avoid having to have a shouted conversation. It's also a very mixed clientele - there are quite a lot of families and small children so this might be a factor. There are outdoor seats, but only usable on rare days due to UK weather... If they had some green space it might be nicer!

Parking: Plenty of parking in shopping area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ?? parking & Costa has wide doors to accommodate wheelchair & pushchairs.

Waited in line for 20 minutes with about 5 people in front of me. Two girls behind the counter had absolutely no rush or hurry and one left to start putting 50% stickers on food almost past sell by date even though there was a huge queue. They had almost zero customer service skills and looked like they would rather be anywhere else. The queue was just as long when we left

Lovely and clean, plenty of seating on my visit. I do believe the queue was a little slow moving due to a lack of staff. Overall, a great coffee stop.
