“A lovely lady working at the Estée Lauder counter today (8/11/2024) @ approx 11.30am... I arrived with my lovely client who I support (she'd had had a morning with a few tears & didn't bring her make up to fix this) it was a long shot but went into boots in Weston & wonderful lady at the counter didn't for a moment think about it & was only too happy to help when I asked if she could help tidy up her make up for her. So soooo kind. Patient, gentle & understanding. And would like a special thanks & recognition to go out to her... if the powers that be can make that happen. “A pharmacy counter with knowledgeable pharmacists. I had picked up about £20 worth of eye treatments before going to the pharmacy counter. “Large and spacious branch of the chemists. There are several beauty concessions inside and a good perfume and make up selection although they don't have any of the more exclusive brands here. The staff are a bit slow moving though.”
