This company provided the worst service I have ever experienced. Rude, unhelpful and dishonest. There are many other better choices in Weston and Worle. I wouldn?t use them again if they were the last agent in the world.

Unhelpful, rude and overall poor customer service. Strongly consider using other local agents who can provide basic levels of professionalism. The other negative reviews speak for themselves.

Big thank you to Gail, Amanda and all the staff for dealing with the sale of our rental property in Weston Super Mare. AVOID!!! My property went from fully refurbished to total dilapidation in a single tenancy costing thousands of pounds despite paying to be fully managed and receiving glowing annual condition reports from the agent.
Every time there was a fault or damage caused by the tenant the agent would call expecting the landlord to pay. They are a joke and if you want your property investment to be looked after DO NOT consider this useless agent!

Amanda Spear has been absolutely fantastic!!!
We sold our property and I have to say Amanda most definitely took the stress out of it, always at the end of the phone and replied quickly to emails.
She was my go too if I had any questions and nothing was ever too much trouble, going above and beyond to help, acting as a go between for myself and our buyers.
This is much more than 5* customer service!!!

We needed a short term tenancy in a difficult rental market . Imogen & Alex went above and beyond to secure a property for us. Emails and calls were either answered or returned promptly . We were very happy with the service.

Rented with them for almost 2 years told the house was going up for sale so had our two months notice. A month later the house is up for rent again with an increase. Speaking to the neighbours same story as the previous tenant. Stay clear.

Couldn?t even arrange a viewing! Told me the property was tenanted so they?d speak to the tenants about when they could accommodate a viewing, never phoned me back. Emailed to chase, no reply. If this is how they treat enquiries then no way I?d want to rent with them!
