“The store I visited was excellent; however, there was a significant issue with the lack of lighting around it during the night. This made it quite challenging to navigate the area, and there was a risk of tripping and injuring oneself. It would be highly beneficial for the store management to address this safety concern by improving the lighting in the surroundings. Other than that, the store itself provided a great shopping expe”

“Visited a couple of times as it's my 'local corner shop'. Foods/goods are easy to find. Vape section is locked which is a good security option however when you want to purchase you have to wait for a cashier to assist - timescale was definitely not that long and helpful/quick in getting what you wanted. All in all a nice little corner shop, staff are friendly and have good security processes in place”

“Hayers have been absolutely brilliant throughout the lockdown. My husband is on the most vulnerable list and from the very beginning Hayers were delivering to people in our position. The staff are all amazing, always cheerful, helpfully and tell you what bargains are available. They have done a great service to this community and we have nothing but praise for them.”

“I went in here the other day to buy postcards but stopped to browse! There are lots of newspapers, magazines and confectionery - it's also an off-licence and you can play the lottery as well. The person who served me seemed very nice and helpful. Practically in the centre of town so doubtless a handy shop - and without the queues of some of the bigger stores.”
“Had a great experience in the shop today I popped in with my little girl to pick up a few bits, the shop had some great offers on pringles at 1.50 and some other bits but my little one loves the salt and vinger crisp so had to get a few, once I finished shopping the man on the till pointed out that they had some more card offers and mega deals but needed a more card for the crisp offer, he helped me to get a card and even explained that I got points aswell his customer service was fantastic if only more people cared about there customers”

“Great staff, good selection of foods and drinks, shelf's always stocked, some times its busy and parking can be difficult, five narrow spaces and one disabled space, entrance and exit wall can be hard to judge and there's a steep ramp from main road to car park. Dangerous zebra crossing right outside were drivers tend to not look please like this review if you find it helpful thank you”
