I just bought a new phone from here, thought it was Carphone Warehouse but it's changed to Curry's for the mobile phone section too. The staff who all worked for Curry's were all quickly expected to learn everything there is to know about mobile phone sales. They helped me to the best of their ability and buying the new phone, switching mobile providers and starting a new contract was easy enough with their help. The staff members Ant and John were the guys who helped me set my phone up , they were lovely and I didn't feel silly asking them for help as I know nothing about phones .

Hopeless. Used the delivery service and took a day unpaid from work. They pressed the bell, and by the time I'd walked to the front door they driver literally ran off and wheel spun away. Didn't even try a neighbours. Didn't get the delivery. Impossible to get through to customer services at dpd or carphone warehouse.

Most helpful assistant at the desk who checked to see if the item that I needed was in stock, as it was not put in an order for me and it will arrive tomorrow, thank you Pcworld for having such knowledgeable staff !!

Such a sorry excuse for a huge technological/electronic company that can't let customer service agents have the ability for them to send emails out to external agencies - such as to a customers bank to request pending funds can be released back into account after THEY cancelled an online order with no explanation. Also, contacted Curry's via telephone and got put on hold whilst the agent 'tried' to get the name of a 'manager'. Tishpot company and service, will never buy from them again and will certainly NEVER recommend them. They are at best shambolic and at worst completely unable to perform basic functions.

Always a warm welcome. Friendly helpful staff and if you need advice they always have someone who's an expert in that field. Recently purchased a double oven, dishwasher and had a demonstration with a Cake factory machine, very tasty indeed, plus happy with the service.

I am very angry we were promised delivery of a new t.v on thurs then on Sunday neither dates has the delivery arrived.ref 7425350430.This is the only way I can get through to you.
