Carpet fitted, all good, asked fitter if its possible to use the excess carpet for a mat and have this bounded. He told me fitters don't cut the excess and to go to the store. Having travelled to the store the same day, to be told the fitters should have cut it and take the carpet home and cut it myself then bring it back!Very frustrating!!Although giving low star rating, I would like to call out Matt for his excellent customer service, going above and beyond to have my carpet fitted.Just a real shame that the experience ended negativity by the carpet fitters assistant informing incorrect information.

We went into carpetright weston s maretoday we were completely ignored by the sales staff We found a swatch we liked only to be told by a salesman they couldn?t get anybody around to measure up until January he was very unhelpful we will not be going back

A pleasure to deal with. They have carpeted two rooms for us and on both occasions the Saleman was incredibly polite and good at their job.Highly recommended.

Shocking customer service. Matthew in store was lacking customer service. He complained we had measured in inches. Seemed not to want to leave his desk to help us with our choice of vinyl. Told us it would be fitted on Tuesday and we would get a time from the fitters. We stayed in all morning and in the end I had to call the store to ask for details. Was told Matthew was busy in store on his own and unable to call us. The vinyl was collected 45 minutes before I had called. When fitters did turn up they were questioning us about the level of the floor. This should have been explained to us in store. Very disappointed by the whole experience. Won?t be using them again. Looking forward to speaking to store manager tomorrow and contacting head office.

Excellent service. Matthew at Weston-super-mare was brilliant. We wanted to extend the stair carpet to include the passageway. Unfortunately for us the carpet was discontinued. Matthew was able to source the carpet for us direct. We then had further issues with carpet to vinyl and carpet to tiled floors. Again Matthew was able to sort this out for us and find solutions. Nothing was too much trouble. A very happy customer.

Disappointed choice of Quickstep laminate flooring.Only what customers returned was available,staff explainedit would take 2 weeks for an order to be delivered.She advised me to go to B&Q which I did,bought it and took it home.

Having now read the reviews for this company and particular showroom I am now actually relieved that the staff within the store today we're shocking with zero customer service or sales skills. Went in twice today to look at potentially purchasing some vinyl flooring for my bathroom, spent a while wandering around looking at various options but no one came to ask if I needed some assistance (even when one staff member walked past and looked directly at me), he proceeded to go and stand chatting to his colleague. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere and recommend others do the same. Very poor Carpet right.

Don't normally leave reviews, but sadly, 2 visits, the first we had an okay experience with some form of sales support, second time around, travelled 25 mins with all measurements to hand and we were asked to leave as they were closing at 5.30 on a Saturday, when it states 6pm on the site... may want to train your so called sales staff a little better as £2k worth of flooring needed and you won't be getting my business... ever.

Ordered the carpet in November and we?re told we?d 100% have it in before Christmas. The sales man took my partners contact information down incorrectly so no finance documents came through and took him a while to rectify this. Then we were told it would be just after Christmas 2021, after a couple weeks of phoning we were told the carpet we ordered hadn?t even been sent to the Weston store and we likely wouldn?t have it until March. Ended up being fitted end of February. Don?t waste your time!Oh and they also fitted the wrong colour carpet, we changed the carpet with the salesman he assured us he would change it in the order and never did. I?ve since found the sample of the carpet we wanted, I didn?t have it at the time of carpet fitting and didn?t think I?d need it. It?s a much darker grey to the one we have which is annoying. Disappointing service and would never use again.

Visited the store on the 6th October, with the intention of ordering a small quantity of vinyl flooring. There were members of staff at the store but no one came forward to provide assistance, to busy chatting amongst themselves it seemed. Eventually we got someone to order our flooring, 14 to 21 days for delivery we were told. Nothing seem to be happening after the 19th day, on enquiry we were told due to a system problem the order was never processed, we had to reorder, more days to wait. As this process was taking longer than we were prepared to put up with, we demanded a refund on a further visit to the store but this was declined as the item had just been cut. A very blunt message on our phone came through days later informing us that our flooring had arrived and was ready for collection. We called into the store collect, there were a number of staff gathered the main desk, they seemed oblivious to our presence. When I spoke to one of the staff at the desk, who I presumed was the manager, he seemed to be more interested in eating his lunch in store. Eventually our item was handed to us, and we left, never to return. The staff seemed very unprofessional.Terrible service .

Terrible service. Charged several times for one item, in may, due to faulty payment machine, called a few times and visited the shop still no refund? Illegal to take money without service being provided....how many times does one have to pay for a doormat??I wanted to order bedroom carpets asap too but I dont want to pay several times over for them too??I HAVE ALREADY E MAILED YOU.
