Not a good Nero. The staff member who served me was really miserable and didn't even say thank you or goodbye when she passed me my drink. I had a mocha and it wasn't very chocolatey and just tasted of bitter coffee.

Walked in the staff member was on his phone, didn't even acknowledge use, we asked if he was working, to which he replied Yes. And carried on using his phone. RUDE .So walked out.

I ate panini toast today and it was not heated enough. I am usually a regular customer of coffe nero and I followed the employees. They do not wash their hands after petting the dogs that come in. Don't get me wrong, I love animals very much but you are doing food business and you do not pay attention to hygiene. It is extremely bad.

Shame they allow dogs to sit on the seats the customers are supposed to be sitting on nice hygiene right out of the window.
