The Member of Staff today (02/05/2025) was very polite and gave good advise on replacing the watch battery and a new strap. I came back after 10 minutes and it was all done.

Came in yesterday for my son to have his ear pierced! Staff was absolutely amazing with him. He came in after a very quick decision of wanting it done and they talked him through how it would be and the do's and dont's! Thank you so much, my son is over the moon!

Went in just got a look around and bought a new trollbeads bracelet. So much selection and the owner is very knowledgable on all the charms and beads. My husband finally found a replacement elephant lock that he?s been searching for and had given up hope. Definitely recommend this shop.

Me and my family used to come here for a holiday and spend a lot and I mean a lot of money in this shop !! But they?re very rude staff and unhelpful. Unless you?re buying from them they don?t want to know you and try to get rid of you. Don?t know if they have new staff working for them but they was never so rude. I asked them if they sold a product I used to buy from them a lot and they wasn?t interested in helping me and just tried to get rid of me. Clearly they don?t understand the concept of loyal customers ?. We used to spend all our money in here and even from home we still bought from them. Never again they have lost us as customers completely now. And their stuff went down hill anyway.

This is a good jeweller's. Particularly compared to others in town this is reasonably priced with an interesting range and friendly staff. The rating is in comparison with any jewellery shop in the world and I much prefer here for changing watch batteries and looking for an acceptable and reasonably priced watch. Regards Robert Evans
