Brightestmove helped us to find the perfect home. They made the entire process seamless and advised us of the most suitable properties including complete honestly about some properties we had expressed interest in when they felt they would not meet our requirements. Every agent we met was very friendly and helpful and put us at ease. Summer in particular was amazing and didn't make the viewing feel like an obligation or like anything was too much trouble.

Not verry professional also when we left they didn't give information with regards to problems so I could claim back on house insurance to add to that didn't take us off the address so ended up paying multiple month's council tax at the address with them. Definitely a reason to follow up with ombudsman

Steve and his team are so helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. Moving house is, at the best of times, stressful, but there's a real feeling with them that no stone has been left unturned, they make you feel so at ease. The new virtual tours are brilliant too, what a time saver, and the house looked just like the video in person, you really get the feeling from the footage that you're there yourself, looking around. Hats off to them for providing such a positive, smooth experience.
