Disappointed, I had a message about 10 days ago to say some of my prescription was ready, if I desperately need items call to see what is available or wait for another message. I've been trying to call daily for days now and no answer ever, I've no idea what is happening. A quick background search on Boots generally, I can see why the CEO is leaving November!

This Boots is the reason small branches are going out of business,appalling service /attitude of ? staff? I hadn?t even closed the door on the way in and was met with ?you alright there? I started to explain I needed some dressings,but didn?t get far asking.I was met with ? we don?t have anything,you need to go somewhere else ? this is before I?d asked!! I said I?m not from around here,can you suggest anywhere? She replied ?you have Google don?t you? try Milton? I asked is it a shop or a place and got the response ? try Google? thanks Boots for the most appalling and unhelpful service I?ve encountered in a long while?Shame you can?t review no stars?.

Bad customer service, the product I ask for wasn't available, asked the chemist if there was anything similar. Rather than helping me with any suggestions. She told me to "Rinse my mouth"
