Pharmacy staff have a bad habit of hiding away from customers who come to collect their prescriptions. Serving customers when you are ready is not good customer service.

A lovely lady working at the Estée Lauder counter today (8/11/2024) @ approx 11.30am... I arrived with my lovely client who I support (she'd had had a morning with a few tears & didn't bring her make up to fix this) it was a long shot but went into boots in Weston & wonderful lady at the counter didn't for a moment think about it & was only too happy to help when I asked if she could help tidy up her make up for her. So soooo kind. Patient, gentle & understanding. And would like a special thanks & recognition to go out to her... if the powers that be can make that happen. Kindness is such a powerful & wonderful thing. Please go to see this lady... I didn't get her name. But just lovely: Thank you ?

It was bad enough before with no staff at the medicine counter. Now the medicine counter is completely closed, everyone has to queue up at the pharmacy counter, where some people are waiting a long time for prescriptions, others need detailed medical advice taking up to 15 minutes. I'm in pain and need an OTC med and supposed to be able to stand queuing until the end of time. Boots just seem to get worse and worse for the customer. Such a shame that their monopoly has shut down most independent chemists and now Boots as a company shows contempt for customers who are ill, elderly or infirm or otherwise have difficulty standing.

Sabrina is one of the first members of staff you see as you enter boots, and she is always so friendly and helpful, and has extremely good customer service skills. I have been lucky to have been given a couple of Benefit cosmetic makeovers recently, and she is credit to the store. She has convinced me to try out a whole new brand of make up and has helped me understand what looks I feel comfortable in and which also suit me and make me feel more confident. Sabrina is the best worker I have seen ever and made me feel so welcome and has very good conversation skill and has helped me become more confident in make up as a whole. The picture below has to be one of my favourite and made me feel so happy and like I can feel myself (excuse my tongue). I loved the new brow products and all of the skin care products as well.
