Decent cash and carry, had a full check on way out as they thought I had scanned 3 packs of potatoes instead of 4 when in fact I only actually had 3 on my trolley, after much deliberation and searching for the missing bag of potatoes they let us leave. I understand the need to check but what kind of mastermind thief is going to spend hundreds of pounds in goods but try and sneak a small bag of potatoes out, still a great place to shop though ???

Very bad experience today especially from the manager of the branch! I get inside for shopping with my 4 years child because obviously we have nowhere to leave them they where in my entrance 4 people seeing me so nobody told me that is not allowed so if they had told me I should took my child home! They left me around 30 minutes buying 300 pounds shopping and after the manager came and told me you have to leave your child in your car ! I said to him that I finished with the shopping please but he didn?t wanted to hear anything The child was terrified starting to cry with the idea staying alone and he said please take her now in the car. Because the other customers will complain! I was ready to leave but all this things where necessary to me so I decided to leave my child for 10 minutes when I finished I found the child crying in very bad condition! Question number one why they didn?t stopped me in the entrance ? Question nr 2 why he didn?t ask me to leave with out shopping but he ordered me to left my 4 year child in the car ?? Question number 3 do you really believe that will be nobody complain about a child ! All the time when they ask me every three months from your head office about your services am rating you with 5 stars ! I can?t wait from your next call
