This store is always way too hot. Somewhat pleasant in the winter months but horrid in the summer months. The range of items and quality isn?t great and their seasonal section is subpar compared to other b&ms (it?s august and they?ve got Christmas stuff in their seasonal isles whilst everywhere else is starting to focus on autumn).

I found some cat food which my cat likes. It is very similar to one I buy at pet's @home but much cheaper.

Staff seemed pretty jolly. No small 'Scooby' dog balls but some of the other grain free yummies for our pooch! Conveyor belt on till needed new batteries so checkout lady did some upper-torso yoga - clearly going the extra for customer service. We went here as town centre shop less well stocked.

Normally good prices but even here you can now see the prices have gone up quite a bit. Staff were nice.
