Fabulous hotel, the breakfast was great and staff very welcoming and helpful

My room stunk of sweat for some reason staff eventually moved me to another room. Rooms were boiling hot during summer even with fans. The waiter in the restaurant particularly the elderly somewhat camp and decrepit old man (waiter) was sweaty and rude throughout our meals didn?t want to look for dairy free/gluten free alternatives. There were ants in the rooms too plus sewage smells.
Safety: Doors were open until 2/3am at the garden area so not safe

We absolutely loved this hotel. One of the last family owned hotels. Nothing corporate, all rooms individual. Amazing indoor pool. The staff were wonderful. We were made to feel special. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing. Long may it continue.
Rooms: Our room was amazing. Jacuzzi bath. Super king size bed. Separate dressing room. Dining room was really lovely. Linen napkins. Service second to none.
Safety: Didnt have to think about safety. Was all in place. Area safe. Car park safe
Food and drinks: The breakfast menu was huge. So much to choose from. Had something different every day. Everything was cooked from scratch. We saw delivery Van's every day bringing fresh produce. The evening menu changed every day. What was a nice touch was when we ordered pre dinner drinks we were given canapes. Service was superb.

The quiet end of town. With a swimming pool and sauna. 5 mins from beach. 15 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of town. Would highly recommend. We have stayed there twice. Staff are excellent.
Walkability: 15 minute walk to weston town. 5 mins from beach.
Food and drinks: Drinks reasonable price. Food really good.

Me and my wife went back for our 1st anniversary to spend the night there. We got into our room and it was dusty not a great first impression. Food was amazing and the stuff serving the food were very kind and friendly. The following morning we came down for breakfast and I asked about late checkout and was told it would be expensive, to which I said how much, the reply was I anticipated to be around £20 to £25 pounds, which I said that?s fine. Came to checking out and the bill was higher then we thought so asked why it was so much to be told late checkout was in fact £50 be we was never told this at any point. We were very disappointed by this as this was where we got married and has now put a black cloud over where we got married.

Lovely receptionist named laura helpful in all ways possible even brought a cot up for our 1 year old daughter would recommend to people visiting western supermare

Hotel was absolutely nice and neat. Food was excellent too but they need to employ honest people as their staff ,literally forgot to remove my new Apple laptop charger from the socket after we checked out then my husband called the hotel to inform them. Their response was no charger in the room, meanwhile I plugged the charger next to the fan socket and all they could tell my husband was they didn?t see my charger, price of the charger in Apple Store is 140pounds . What a big shame to Beachlands Hotel
Rooms: I forgot My Apple laptop charger and I was told they didn?t see it . Zero safety actually
Safety: I was disappointed by not giving me my charger

Friendly, professional and happily non-pretentious. Starting with Ellie at check-in (& checkout!) the great staff build a relaxed atmosphere throughout the spotless public and personal areas.
Lovely room, bath and shower, armchairs and large, comfy bed.
Breakfast is an experience... genuinely fresh-cooked food of your mix and match choice from an extensive menu. Evening meals are equally appealing. Interesting selection of beautifully cooked and presented dishes at sensible prices. Super sauces with main course meals...
Comfortable lounges, a well-stocked bar and a garden for sunny days. A lovely swimming pool too.
A five minute walk to the beach and promenade leading to the town centre.
The hotel is, in a word, delightful.

Found this really comfy, clean and friendly hotel just by chance and we weren't disappointed the room was beautiful and the food well we didn't want to come home would highly rate this little gem in western super mare. Absolutely fantastic stay for our 35th anniversary.

Just had a meal in the restaurant it was delicious, well cooked and presented with a good portion of veg on the side ,in the recent past I've eaten in fine dining restaurants with art not food and over priced side dishes like the story of the Emperor's new cloths no one seems to say what rubbish fine dining is ,keep up the good work chef thank you ?
