The worst bank ive ever been the lady was on the computer was so rude and talked to me like an idiot women , i was trying to open a bank with Barclay and i had an appointment to proof my address and ID but she said i need more documents and i had then all but she didn?t want to help me at all and she said go out for no reason. 23/01/25 at 01:00 ?

I'm a customer at this bank and I'm afraid I'm disappointed that they got rid of the cash machine that prints statements as I did need statements on the day that I went in but I now got to wait for them to come through the post I'm very disappointed in this and then I wanted to put cash into my account and the cash machine outside was out of order so I went to the main door and it was locked so I couldn't put money in my account and the staff who came to the door said closed I was literally a few minutes late from the closing time so I couldn't put money in my account until a few days later but the bank had customs in which confused me even more if this bank carry on messing me about I will close my account down and go with someone else instead because I'm getting fed up with this bank now

Fantastic service today Friday 13th december 2024, I had a problem that I couldn't fix myself and decided to pop in to the weston Town branch. With only 10 minutes left before closing a young female receptionist tried multiple ways to help me make my payment and time run out! I'm so happy with the service as I was not shown the door until we had a successful bank transfer, something I've never had the experience of using in my account, thank you baclays, I know I'm with the best bank in weston.
