I ordered some new Zealand dollars last Friday and went to pick them up today Jamie served me she was so polite and helpful I will certainly get my holiday travel money from here again she was lovely so thankyou Jamie ??

Just wow !!! I have been panicking about a travel money card as I am leaving on Monday evening. I tried to call the store but they were understandably busy. Unexpectedly within 2 minutes I received a call back from Stevie Dodd. I fired a number of questions at her and I have to say I have never in my career or personally encountered someone that is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She put my mind at rest, was very clear on all the information given and even told me the name of the colleague that would be there when I come in tomorrow!!! If I could give a higher star rating I would . Note to Asda - As an HR professional these employees are hard to come by and I would certainly be trying to retain this level of customer service and knowledge. Thanks Stevie

What a credit to your store. Jamie assisted me at the travel money booth, a wonderful person!!!! Polite with impeccable manners, they solved a problem with expertise and swiftly. Well done Asda they are a great addition to your store, and just because of them I shall use your store every time I travel!!! Bravo Jamie!!!
