“Wish I could give them more stars, Vince and Joee are incredible! I was in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic since my family mechanic retired. Sadly my car let me know something was wrong whilst driving home last week and I needed desperately to find someone to help, and I’m sooo grateful to google for suggesting neg JVK motors, from the very first phone call I was met with outstanding service, they booked my car in ASAP to run a diagnostic and Vince managed to find a few issues with my car (some are very very basic..!! Like very low oil - oops) now the thing that makes this business very special, is the fact no one made me feel like an idiot. As a female who knows next to nothing about cars this can be very daunting, but Vince was amazing, he filled up my oil then and there being the kind person he is, then discovered my alternator needed replacing and secured a replacement the next working day. Joee was lovely at keeping in touch and providing updates and when my car had finished, I was touched that my car a clean too! They’re very clear with the pricing and not pushing to get extra work done ‘just because’. Friendly advice, reasonable pricing and downright wonderful service. You’ve got a loyal customer and I’ll tell everyone I know to seek JVK out for work needing doing! Thank you again for being incredible with a nervous (and clueless) driver!”
