The staff were incredible at the Wells branch, gave me honest feedback and felt super confident in the choices I had made for glasses. ? staff 10/10?? although I can?t believe in the two years since I was there last? the computer systems are still totally outdated?? it?s 2025!!! I had to move to another screen, and wait a really long time whilst it crashed a few times then finally got stuck on a page. Whoever is getting a bigger bonus instead of reinvesting in the company you do to do better by your staff!!! Better computer systems, faster more effective customer service and happy customers!! I only came back because of the staff. But get new computer systems!!

A great experience with the optician, who was professional but easy to talk to... He was at the branch for a week, so I was lucky enough to walk in at the right time! I felt relaxed and walked out feeling my eye-care was in safe hands! He was a Hindu guy, so we had a fascinating chat while he worked on me! Highly recommended!

Eye test return visit & upgrade with new prescription with optician and Laura who quoted new frames. Designer choice of frame & varifocal?s with New frames sorted in a couple of weeks and another successful visit. ? to Vision Express Wells. ?

The lady who greated me was very friendly she carried out some test before the optician and explained everything very clearly. E wrote was very helpful then helped me chose my new frames and all round extremely helpful.

I took my glasses into Wells store today as one of my nose pads had fallen off. The staff there were amazing, it was no issue, they asked me to give them 10 minutes and when I came back, both pads had been replaced, my glasses cleaned (never been able to see through them so clearly before that!), popped into a new case and given a new cleaning cloth, all for free. Absolutely superb service, Vision Express, thankyou.
