DO NOT PARK HERE USING QR CODE ON BUILDING.
I scanned QR code on building to pay for parking overnight using your parking space app, but I?ve just received a fine for £70. I have proof of parking but looking at my receipt it says different location (high street) despite scanning QR code at Tesco.
I?m not local so don?t have access to signage on building however through fb I was able to find post where this has happened to someone else.
I reached out to this person and apparently they were given 2 options
1. To go through ombudsman
2. Pay reduced fee of £15 as ?gesture of good will? but lose right to appeal again.
They also contacted the store manager who confirmed the signage was incorrect and will take it up with horizon parking, that was a few weeks ago. This gentleman?s parking fine was from JULY and mine was AUGUST. So can?t begin to imagine how many people have been caught out by this parking app scam. BEWARE.

We visited the store on Saturday 26 July. There was plenty of parking there, despite very little around Wells itself. The lady on the Customer Services was very helpful and we appreciated her help very much. A highly recommended store. Thank you Tesco.

What has happened. Two manned tills and three convetted to conveyor belt driven which are card only and self service. Nobody seems capable of serving themselves without assistance, not surprising as there are no instructions and face it, if there were who has time to read them. People declining to use them. Neither time saving or efficient. I for one will look to shop elsewhere. Hard luck Tesco, my spends are generally quite considerable.

This isn?t a bad store at all, generally well stocked with friendly staff. But why stop serving alcohol at 9pm? Weird.

Absolutely no way I can access this store on my wheelchair due to the unique way they operate their anti theft system and advertisement displays.

Absolutely horrible experience at the self service checkout, the machine wouldn?t expect my £5 note for my meal deal and a very aggressive old lady member of staff accused my note of being fake and that it couldn?t be accepted!
Surprisingly I took my turkey sandwich mars bars and a smoothie to a human til and it was accepted.
Won?t return.

Used the click and collect service today and will not be using it again, why not be honest with your customers, I had to wait 25 minutes and ask for assistance myself and the order was mixed up, total wait 40 minutes for click and collect, total amateurs leaving a young lady with no training to take responsibility, thats twice I've had to wait much longer than the time it would have taken to shop for it in store, a group of school children could run this store much better.

Today...found item one week out of date and passed to a member of staff ..ignorant and dismissive...at check out staff member required on scanning again never spoke...swiped the screen, didn't acknowledge our existence ! Left went to Morrisons staff helpful and friendly...guess where I won't be shopping! Tesco...sort your staff out !

Usual Tesco store, smaller than some. Tricky to park; 90 minutes maximum. Had all I needed. Only one entrance and somewhat obscured.
Some drivers short tempered.
Parked elsewhere to visit the cathedral. Very busy.
