I?m very disappointed in this store one of your staff member Ashley is very unprofessional all she does is gossip about the customers and is not very approachable and talks loud so the whole shop can hear who and what she?s talking . About.
My Mother just wants to shop for essentials without having listen to some of the dribble that comes out of ashleys mouth.
Such a shame really as it?s very local to my dear mother?s home as now she refuses to go back to this spar.

Where do I start? Great range of products for all every day needs. Late opening post office. The store is always clean, tidy and bright. Most importantly the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Working from home myself, I can get lonely. But I pop into Spar and the staff brighten up my day! It's not just your average local shop - the Spar is a safe space and a family

All the staff are lovely bar one !! Who has let it down for the rest of his team. I will now leave the shop if I see the gentleman with long hair on till as I find him so unbelievably rude - eye rolling if you don?t take your card out the machine in 0.3 seconds - does not acknowledge you as a person will just stare blankly at you and huff noises under his breathe. Clearly has an issue with serving customers and should t be on till. I?ve never had a good experience with him. All the girls are great, unfortunately because of his stinking attitude and rude outlook to customers I?ve put a one star ?. I would of put a half a star

I went in to get some ice-cream, they told me they have one tub left but they can?t get to it so they wouldn?t give me the tub of ice-cream. I also gave them a winning scratch card that I had won £10 but they told me it wasn?t a winning stretch card.

Very handy and always open , but can be very frustrating to wait 10 min for someone to return unwanted catalogue items!!! However the staff are mostly friendly and helpful, and it scores highly for convenience!!+ overall a solid 4/5 ?!!!
