Wow, what a great local business. Lovely showroom with lots of options on display. They change them regularly too. Really helpful staff, especially Matt. Slick and professional service. Good choice of tiles and accessories. Great customer service. If you need tiles last minute they step up and assist. They stock the tile edge strips, the grout and all sorts of other things. Great local supplier. Use them or lose them!

At the request of the owner, for clarification around my poor rating, I went into Somerset Tile looking to replicate a victorian porch design. I had a photo of what I was trying to achieve and asked Matthew how to go about achieving it. He was sharp and patronising towards me, responded ?Well where are they from?? If I knew where they were from, I would have already ordered them. I explained it was just a design I was looking to replicate and he essentially eye rolled at me. That was until my (male) partner came and joined me and his demeanour changed, he seemed to become more polite and interested in helping. The reason I give this poor review is because as a women who is experienced in renovating houses this is not uncommon. It?s demeaning and infuriating to be made to feel ?silly? when you are trying to give a company your custom. And I lead on our building work, not my partner.

This is by far the best tile showroom I have been to in recent years. We bought tiles for bathroom and kitchen. The customer service is outstanding. Would highly recommend. ??

Extremely helpful, great communication and good all round friendly service. Matt went out of his way to get us some tiles at short notice when we were desperate and has supplied quality products at a reasonable price. After being disappointed using cheap online companies with sub standard items we will now get everything else from Somerset Tile. Outstanding suppliers.
