My wife Chris and I needed to restructure our finances and thought we had some good ideas. Ben has been incredible help with the purchase of my first house from start to finish.Having purchased the property at auction I did not think I would be able to get a mortgage within the 28 days I had prior to completing so approached Ben around helping me with a home owner loan once the purchase was completed. However Ben sorted the mortgage in less than 7 day - ensuring to get the application approved prior to a rate increase!He also looked at insurance options with me and having looked at what I had already saved me £35 a month on something I may have taken out but not needed.I am so grateful to Ben and would definitely recommend him - Thank you ?
