90% of the time, they don?t have the facility to actually serve the food they offer so they just put a sign on the self serve machine saying baps only. If you want reliability, this isn?t the place.

Me and my friend went for breakfast this morning, hash browns were still RAW. Mushrooms weren?t even cooked. Beans were cold, eggs were overcooked and teapot for ?2? only filled up one cup. Chopped tomatoes were tangy and overall, all the food was cold- lukewarm. Tasted dry like it has been sat under a heat lamp. No sauces.

Went for breakfast with the kids. Only 3 items were available to serve. We only ordered chips, which was standard morrisons straight cut. Definitely not value for money. Shortage of staff meant waiting to order and not getting the best customer service. Other customers followed out disappointing after knowing there were no items available.

We went today 22nd May 2024 for breakfast. The tables were so sticky and dirty that we had to use water and napkins to clean before we were prepared to sit at one. The manager of the store was sitting at the next table. We showed him the filth on the napkins but he gave no response other than a weak muttered ?Sorry about that?. He did nothing to rectify the situation. Disgusting. ?

This place if so dirty, we did not order and left. Tables full of food not cleaned, glass windows dirty, drink station filthy. God know what state the kitchens are in. The store manager needs to get it sorted

THE WORST MORRISONS CAFE EVER. Only breakfasts available, the ask for Ellen sign was hidden from view. Food was cold or not available. The Lovely girl on the till obviously had learning disabilities she tried her best bless her, but was hopeless. And as for the manager useless.

I requested a Gluten free breakfast ( no sausage ) I asked instead could I have just 1 extra bacon - No I can't! Well im not paying for a breakfast when I'm not eating a sausage, I can build my own but even if its over £4.49 it means my daughters food won't be free, I had to buy a breakfast and not eat the sausage for hers to be free, ridiculous so I decided to walk away not just because the so called family friendly supermarket doesn't cater for everyone, but because the customer service from the manager was so poor!! What made me laugh was when I went to walk away the manager said my daughter could have a drink for free because she was so upset - and yet she couldn't swap a sausage for 1 slice of bacon! Won't be returning again, bad management and poor service!Dietary restrictions: They don't cater for Gluten free

What a massive disappointment! I went into Morrisons with my daughter as she was hungry and the offer was that kids eat for free with an adult meal over £4.49, I went to go order my food and pay for a Gluten free breakfast - ( No Sausage or bread ) I understand the risks as the kitchen was not a gluten free safe area but I was happy with that, I asked if instead of the sausage could I have just 1 extra slice of bacon as I was not eating the sausage, the manager replied no, which is kind of ridiculous! The manager then told me I could build my own, so I ordered the same breakfast but without the sausage, I was then told my daughters meal would not be free as I had built my own breakfast even though it was over £4.49. Not happy with the service or the poor management service I decided I wasn't happy so I wanted to leave, after saying I was leaving the manager told me my daughter could have the drink she wanted for free, free I said!! so my daughter can have a free drink but you cant swap a sausage for 1 slice of bacon to meat my restricted food requirements, at this point I decided the café was a joke, not only for how I was being treated by the manager who was very rude and not sympathetic to my situation, but for the lack of options, I am very surprised that a pack of gluten free sausages in a supermarket cant be written off to be upsold in the café, if for stocktake reasons 1 slice of bacon cant be given instead of a sausage, then its very condescending that management can offer a free drink even though I was walking out without having paid for a breakfast.
